Our knives are crafted from the best powder steels money can buy. We currently offer our knives in CPM 3v, CPM MagnaCut, and Böhler K890. We are working on bringing MagnaMax to the table soon.

Micron Knives come with your choice of various G10/FR4, linen micarta, or canvas micarta scales. Everyone has a preference, so we give you the choice. All scales are machined and micro-textured for the perfect fit and finish you can expect from a Micron knife.

Yes, every Micron Knife comes with a custom-molded Kydex sheath. Each sheath is designed to securely hold the knife, ensuring a perfect fit for safe carry and easy deployment. Kydex is highly durable, resistant to wear and tear, and provides excellent retention, making it the ideal material for protective knife sheaths.

All Micron Knives are designed and manufactured in the USA, ensuring the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Although we do outsource the heat treatment, everything else is made here in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

At this time, Micron Knives does not offer custom engraving or modifications. However, the team is always working on expanding options, so stay tuned for future updates.

Yes, the G10 handle scales on Micron Knives are fully removable, allowing for customization and maintenance. Once removed, the knife reveals a skeletonized full tang blade, reducing weight while maintaining structural integrity. This design makes the knife highly versatile—users can wrap the tang with paracord for a lightweight survival setup or leave it exposed for an ultralight carry option. The removable scales also make cleaning easier, especially after heavy outdoor use where dirt, moisture, or debris may get trapped under the grips.

If your knife suffers a catastrophic failure or is found to be defective, we will replace it—no questions asked. Guaranteed for life, Micron Knives are built to withstand a lifetime of hard use, and our warranty reflects that. This warranty never expires and does not require proof of purchase. If you believe your knife is eligible for a replacement, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rust, or damage due to misuse, modification, or improper sharpening. Proper care and maintenance will ensure your Micron Knife performs at its best for years to come.

Yes. Once you receive your knife, you have 14 days to try it out—risk-free. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked. The knife must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories. Contact us within the trial period to initiate a return, and we’ll guide you through the process. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Yes! For the lifetime of your knife, you can send it in, and we’ll sharpen it for free. Just pay for shipping, and we’ll handle the rest. Contact us to arrange a sharpening, and we’ll guide you through the shipping process.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be affected by payment verification, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
